The Media Distribution Service can easily convert your message into a facsimile format without the need of a facsimile machine. Files and promotional messages can be sent directly to your colleagues or your customers on their facsimile machine even after working hours when the telephone line is less congested. You can also receive facsimile on our online platform. It is just as easy as receiving emails with PDF files!
Voicemail
Voicemail service will make your message lively. Simply type in your text message on our online platform and the media distribution service will automatically convert it into a voice message and send it out to your targeted receivers’ mobiles/landlines. You can alternatively upload your own pre-recorded voice message to the platform and send it out to replace sales calls.
The email function of the Media Distribution System performs all functionalities of a conventional email accounts. In addition, it has several advantages over conventional emails. Firstly, the system allows instant delivery of unlimited numbers of emails. Unlike conventional email systems that only restrict the delivery to fifty emails. Secondly, after each assignment, the system will automatically form a report regarding to the success/fail rate of the delivery of emails. You will never have to receive hundreds of “Unsuccessful Delivery Notification” that jam your mail box. Instead, you will receive only one report that summarizes the whole campaign.
